Christians of today face many more challenges than the Christians of the 20th Century. The earlier part of the 20th Century was a time when Christianity was still prevalent in the United States, and was pretty much expected of U.S. Citizens. It was a time when prayers were spoken at the beginning of a school day, most people attended church on Sunday and God was still the cornerstone in government and in the court systems. What happened, and when did this decline of faith begin to take place? Even though Christianity began to decline 'publicly' with a very famous court case involving a certain athiest, God was actually being pushed out of people's lives long before that. Satan has always run rampant on the Earth, but as more and more time slips by, he has subtly weaseled his way into the lives of Americans**.
It is imperitave to understand that although we, as human beings, have free will to choose whatever we want to do with our own lives, God is still in control of all things. Although the Christian Jews in the time of Jesus, tried to stop the crucifixion, God had a plan; and in order to fulfill prophecy, it was necessary for Jesus to die on that cross. Same goes for the end times. It is prophesied in the Old and New Testaments that we will face a paramount of destruction and upheaval in the end times - before and during the tribulation, and before the final judgement of the unsaved world. There are certain events that preceed the end, and we have been witnesses to the beginning of these events over the past century.
This is where CHRISTIANS TODAY MINISTRY steps in. We are here to help guide you and prepare you by helping you to understand the end times, and what is prophesied to come. We want to help clothe you with the Armor of God, equipping you with the wisdom, the knowledge and the understanding of what it will take to stand up and be counted as a Christian at this time in history. Over the years, seeds have been sown, plants have been watered - and the time is coming for the Harvest! Praise and glory be to God for those who are willing to sacrifice their lives to follow the Lamb, who gave up His own life so that we might live!
